Asian grocery stores and supermarkets stock ingredients, snacks and household goods that general American supermarkets often do not carry, organized by category rather than by country of origin in most stores. Produce and live or fresh seafood sections are usually at the back or side of the store, and weekend mornings bring the largest crowds and freshest restock. Many larger Asian supermarkets include a hot deli or food court counter selling prepared meals by the pound or as fixed plates, useful for a quick lunch while shopping. Labels are frequently bilingual or untranslated, so store staff can usually help locate a specific ingredient if you ask. Cash, cards and mobile pay are all commonly accepted at larger chains; smaller specialty shops may be cash-preferred.

Hours are published for 1 day a week. Typical hours are 9 AM–6 PM. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Eden's Market at (412) 343-1802; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, edens-market.com.

Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Pittsburgh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I have recently discovered that I'm allergic to CORN and CORN derivatives and CORN Cross contamination everything. I can't take a drive through the countryside in August because of the corn. John the owner was extremely helpful in finding a shampoo for me that met those ridiculous requirements, and guess what? I found one and I didn't react to it!!! If you suffer from this type of annoying and life altering allergy or sensitivity to whatever, you know how exciting it is to find a new product or food that you can use or eat, let alone a person to help you find products. It means a lot these days to be able to go up to a counter, and not only have the person behind it actually try to help you out and look stuff up for you, but to also have that person understand completely the ins and outs of what to look for (glycerin, baking soda, citric acid is all made from CORN?! Yep, he already knew). I travel for work and plan to stop here each time I'm in the area to stock up on necessities and especially shampoo. The prices are fair but the advice is priceless. These specialized diets SEEM expensive if compared to the non-gluten free products - but how much money are we saving in

Nice store for my gluten-free friends! Parking available in a public garage one block away, as well as being close to the Mt Lebanon PRT trolley stop.

The Gluten Free Emporium is such a gem in Mt. Lebanon! They have an amazing variety of products, not just gluten free but options for other dietary needs too. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen, safe, and healthy, which is rare to find. The owner truly cares about the community and he listens to what people want, and even tailors the products to fit those needs. On top of that, the fresh local baked goods are some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s such a welcoming place and I always leave excited to come back! (Be sure to try their focaccia bread and their chocolate pistachio bitesπŸ˜‰)

What a wonderful Gluten Free/Vegan market. One of the owners helped me find all sorts of different and fun GF foods...I was so happy that I came home and cooked up one of the GF frozen pizzas for lunch, out was wonderful....I will recommend this market to my other Celiac and GF intolerant friends.
